It’s easy to tell if you have healthy hair. There are signs such as does it have good shine? Is it thick or long? Does it have breakages? Does it appear even? 1. Keep a healthy diet. You need to consume lots of green leafy vegetables and get a lot of high quality protein. Soy and a variety of beans is a good source of protein. Your mane is made of protein, and protein can be found in both foods of animal origin like poultry and eggs as well as legumes and beans.
