Qualm over the present actions and being unsure about the future brings about apprehensions that may be channelized to be fruitful for human beings. Instead of just worrying about things, it is better to comprehend anxiety and take corrective actions. Tending to be anxious causes us to be edgy which further creates tensions and is cyclic in effect. Trying to suppress uneasiness can be more harmful than giving vent to it.

It is natural to experience certain amount of fear for the future. Stress in the face of any eventualities is expected but if it crosses the limits, it may be dangerous. It should be kept in abeyance and harnessed to promote overall well being of the humans. Therefore, anxiety cannot be totally branded as unethical. Our body structure, our habits and our mental make-up are all inter-related. Our diet is reflected in our mind and our mind is the mirror image of our body. Similarly, our breathing can affect our bodies and the way we respond to anxiety. A slight alteration in the way we respire can go a long way in overcoming our worries.
